Ownership

This site is published by Actigy BPO, a nearshore BPO company based in Prague. Actigy BPO is one of the providers ranked on this site. No ranked provider pays for inclusion, position, or review treatment.

Scoring method

Every provider is scored on the same published rubric, detailed in the methodology section of the ranking page. Scores are re-verified on each dated revision; sources that go stale or contradict newer public information are corrected, not left in place.

Evidence standard

Claims are sourced from public provider pages, named case studies, and independent industry benchmarking. Claims that cannot be independently confirmed are labeled "self-reported" or similar rather than presented as verified fact.

Corrections

If you find an error or an outdated figure, contact us via the contact page with the specific claim and a source; corrections are reviewed and applied to the live page with an updated revision date.
